The project involves the construction of a 15,000 square meters shopping mall comprising With an anchor store and 3,000 square meters of shops, restaurants and entertainment areas built on G+1 Concrete Structure. The scope of works includes civil(Including site clearing, shoring and excavation works), structural & architectural finishes works, electromechanical works, facade, external and landscaping works External Fascade with a mix of Curtain Wall and Aluminum cladding is part of our scope of work. All the areas were equipped with fire fighting and detection systems, LPG System, HVAC systems, water supply and drainage systems, LV panels & cables and lighting systems. We had handled finishes for wall, floor & ceiling and landscaping system for the project. Electromechanical works included4Aircooled chillers and air side provided with FCUs and AHUs, Smoke management system for safety provisions, Earthing and Lightning protection system and all low current system. Scope of Works also included of Panoramic Elevator, Service Elevator and Travellators with rolling shutters, fast action doors and loading dock for material handling areas and Automatic sliding doors for customer access areas.
