We have established framework, policies and procedures with a reporting system on governance issues ranging from enterprise risk management, EHS practice, anti-bribery and corruption, cybersecurity, an ethical code of conduct, civil rights, to modern slavery.We have put in place an internal governance helped to accelerate decision making and framework that blends sustainability goals into our vision, which has clarity on roles and obligations. Code of conduct guides how we engage with our clients, the communities in which we operate, and other stakeholders in our everyday work.
At Jazal, we are committed to establishing company operations in accordance with the highest ethical standards and the country’s regulations subjected to ethical business conduct. We condone any malpractice or inappropriate behaviour by our staff or third-party collaborative establishments, and such situations will be handled in compliance with our code of conduct. Code of conduct provides to all stakeholders, requiring their guidelines and compliance with the rules contained therein. However, our Code does not cover every situation that may arise.
