The scope of works includes civil(Including site clearing, shoring and excavation works), structural & architectural finishes works, electromechanical works, facade, external and landscaping works. Works included the paving asphalt carpark, re alignment of the sewer along parking. Scope of Works also included of Panoramic Elevator, Service Elevator and Travellators with rolling shutters, fast action doors and loading dock for material handling areas and Automatic sliding doors for customer access areas .Fascade matching entire theme of the mall was executed to match with external landscaping.
